Replacement Policy 📦
At Homelo.pk, we’re committed to delivering furniture that’s high-quality and exactly what you expect. If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost, provided you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear proof of the damage.
Please note: our products are not returnable and are eligible only for replacement if damaged upon delivery. If your item is damaged, reach out to us immediately at connect@homelo.pk.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items at delivery and report any damage right away. Failing to notify us within the 24-hour window may prevent us from processing a replacement.
