All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed when you place your order.
Orders 🧾
Every order placed through Homelo.pk is subject to acceptance. We may cancel or reject an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing inaccuracies, or verification concerns. If your order is affected, we’ll reach out using the email you provided.
Payment Methods
We accept secure digital payment options, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and online bank transfers. By placing an order, you authorize us to process your payment. If a payment fails, we’ll notify you through your provided email.
Advance Payment Policy 💼
To ensure smooth processing and timely delivery:
- Orders Above Rs. 20,000: Require a 50% non-refundable advance at confirmation.
- Custom Orders: Require 100% advance payment to begin production.
- Remaining Balance: Charged per parcel upon arrival at your doorstep.
These policies help us maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Delivery 🚚
Our delivery window is typically 3–4 weeks, depending on order type and location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We provide curbside delivery only, meaning you’ll be responsible for moving items inside and assembling them.
Assembly services are not offered at this time.
Errors & Updates
Sometimes product details, pricing, or availability may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct, update, or modify such information at any time — even after you’ve placed an order. We don’t guarantee that every detail will always be fully up to date unless required by law.
User Content 📸
If you upload or submit content — like reviews, photos, or videos — you’re responsible for it. By sharing it with Homelo.pk, you grant us permission to use it across our platforms in a non-exclusive, royalty-free way. This allows us to showcase your content where relevant, without needing additional permission.
