Terms of Service for Homelo.pk

Welcome to Homelo.pk, a website for the sale of furniture and home decor products. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Homelo.pk, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Homelo.pk (the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using Homelo.pk. By accessing or using the Service, you expressly confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals who are the age of majority in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you may not use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Product Descriptions

Homelo.pk attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, Homelo.pk does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content available on the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Service is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

All prices on Homelo.pk are in Pakistani Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Service are not guaranteed and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Orders

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by Homelo.pk. Homelo.pk reserves the right to reject any order, or any part of an order, for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of the product, errors in the product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is rejected, Homelo.pk will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Payment

Homelo.pk accepts payment through various secure online payment methods, including Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa and online bank transfers. By submitting your order, you authorize Homelo.pk to charge your credit or debit card for the amount of the purchase. If your credit or debit card is declined, Homelo.pk will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Advance Payment Policy

To ensure a seamless order fulfillment process, we have implemented the following advance payment policy:

1. Orders Above Rs. 25,000: A non-refundable advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required for orders exceeding Rs. 25,000 at the time of order confirmation.

2. Custom Orders: For all custom orders, regardless of the total value, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate the production process.

3. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be charged on a per-parcel basis, and is payable when the parcel reaches the customer’s doorstep.

 

Delivery

Homelo.pk will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products purchased through the Service to the address you provide at the time of purchase, within the estimated delivery time of 15-20 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and Homelo.pk will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Homelo.pk offers curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for moving items into their homes and assembling them, including beds. Please note that Homelo.pk does not provide assembly services.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service has been modified or updated.

User Content

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to Homelo.pk a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Service and Homelo.pk’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
